The Coremax lining and 40g insulation keep you warm even in cold conditions, while the ventilation zips on the thighs allow for quick cooling when needed. Good pants, using them for skiing. I like waterproof quality and ventilation. Only something that needs to be get used to is the open pocket instead of ventilation and vise-versa
