This has the widest youth size range of any model in the Smith line, so you've got some room for growth here. It is lightweight and has an intuitive easy adjustment dial fit control to adjust fit, while a kid-friendly super-soft liner adds warmth. This helmet has fixed vents that keep air flowing, integrating with Smith's goggle line for fog-free goggles. A great helmet-sized and featured right for young skiers with an in-mould construction fusing the exterior shell and EPS foam for a one-piece design that's lightweight, durable, and comfortably wearable. A child's helmet should fit comfortably across the brow, not be tipped up or perched on top of the head, and the goggles should fit securely under the brim, held in place by the silicone strap backing and a retainer on the back of the helmet.
